Students from Komarovi will go to a cognitive journey to CERN laboratory in Switzerland!

On the Border of France and Switzerland, near to Geneva, there is the European Organization for Nuclear Research, known as CERN which operates the largest particle physics laboratory in the world. Thousands of scientists are trying to understand the mystery of our world, among them are Georgian successful scientists.

Georgian Ministry of Education and Science decided to reward few students from Komarovi with the cognitive journey to CERN laboratory, according to their excellence in National Olympiad and other competitions.

In CERN, students will meet Georgian and foreign scientists; they will attend their presentations and understand significant projects, as well as new innovations on which CERN scientists are working.

The mission of this project is to raise interest and motivation about natural sciences among students and teachers.

As always, we are proud of our students and wish them an interesting journey!
